LionRun Doc Space is a SaaS platform for document management and team collaboration. It enables teams to create, organize, and collaborate on documents in a unified workspace.

The case study keeps the reasoning visible: what needed to change, how the design responded, and what the final system made possible.
Document management tools can easily become cluttered and overwhelming. The challenge was creating an interface that felt simple and focused while supporting complex features like real-time collaboration, file versioning, and team permissions.
Designed a clean, productivity-focused interface in Figma with a clear sidebar navigation, contextual toolbars, and distraction-free editing modes. The file organization system uses intuitive folder structures with drag-and-drop support.
